    We offer all possible materials and provide complex works necessary to transform an apartment from unfinished interior to a turnkey apartment.

    Our offer has been divided into five variants of prices, and each of them includes a wide range of products and finishing materials allowing creation of an interior satisfying individual preferences.

    Individual type of premises have fixed prices in each of the variant, regardless of the equipment selected. 

    The standard scope of works includes:

    -Laying of ceramic tiles
    -Painting of walls
    -Full equipment of bathroom and toilet
    -Execution of floors
    -Interior doors
    -Full coordination and supervision of works 

    This scope can be supplemented with additional elements such as kitchen furniture, built-ins, suspended ceilings, hydromassage system and others - according to the client's individual wish.

    -All works are covered by a 24-month warranty.
    -Complex order of works from one contractor ensures 8% VAT rate for all provided materials and works carried out.
